'New Congress Chief Will Be Just A Proxy': Political Expert
Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today apologised to Sonia Gandhi and told her he won't run for Congress President; he took "moral responsibility" for the Rajasthan revolt. The Congress said Sonia Gandhi will decide "in a day or two" whether Mr Gehlot would remain Chief Minister. Journalist Arati R Jerath said whoever gets elected as the Congress President will be just a proxy to the Gandhis and the party will be run by the Gandhis from the backend.
