The ruling BJP has made it clear it will target the Congress top brass, specifically Sonia Gandhi, in Parliament over alleged corruption in a deal to buy 12 helicopters. Going against university orders, those punished for a controversial event on campus said they will neither pay the fine, nor vacate hostels. Led by JNUSU president Kanhaiya Kumar, students burnt copies of the order and are now on an indefinite hunger strike. Have the students got a raw deal? Also, a government committee headed by film-maker Shyam Benegal has recommended that the film board should clearly categorise films and not just 'use scissors' on them.
