New nuke draft reaches NSG members
Just four days ahead of the crucial NSG meeting in Vienna on the nuclear deal the new draft prepared by India and America has reached NSG members. While the details of the draft are not yet known reports from Vienna say some countries are still not happy. They believe the changes are just cosmetic, countries like Austria, New Zealand, Switzerland, Ireland and Norway have been demanding changes that reflect their concerns on testing.
