Newly Married Couple, Stranded For Hours, Crosses Choppy River In Small Boat In Bihar
A newly married couple who had been waiting to cross a river in Bihar's Kishanganj to go home had to take a small boat after the large boat service stopped due to a sudden rise in the water level amid heavy rain. The large boat service told the couple they would not risk crossing the river. After waiting for hours for the rain to stop, the couple decided to cross the river in a small boat, along with family and guests. A video of the couple and the others on the boat has been shared widely on social media.
