Gaurav Jain, Senior VP, South Asia (Health), RB at the 12-hour #SwasthyaMantra telethon said that when the lockdown was imposed, none of us imagined the degree to which it affected people. He further explained that due to COVID-19, the demand for soaps and sanitisers had increased significantly but the supply chain was broken due to lockdown. For us, at that point of time, it was a national cause, Mr Jain said.
