Can Winter Reverse India's Declining Covid Trend? AIIMS Director Answers
Dr Randeep Guleria, the AIIMS director, says there is a downward trend in COVID-19 cases but it is important to sustain this in the coming festive season and winter months. India's cases are decreasing despite a rise in testing. Dr Guleria says that the cases will rise in winter and India could see another spike in winter months because virus survives for a longer time in the cold.
