As rain continues to pummel Mumbai, the Air India colony in Santacruz's Kalina is submerged in waist deep water. Power has been cut off and vehicles almost submerged as the heaviest rainfall batters Maximum City since the 2005 deluge. NDTV wades through waist deep water to bring to you visuals of the flooded streets. The Maharashtra government has declared a holiday in Mumbai and adjoining Thane as Mumbai battles with the heaviest rainfall since 2005 in a 24-hour period.
