"The government is already involved because the process is interactive... There is involvement of government in the appointment of judges and that is where the problem comes in," says senior advocate Aman Lekhi. He further says that there is no harm in our reconsidering our method of appointment and revising a substitute of what exists but you cannot in the guise of revising, attack those who are involved in the system.
