Five more civilians have died in firing by security forces in Srinagar. The CRPF says it had no option when 700-strong mob attacked them and some of the troops were "literally lynched". Far away in Bangalore, Amnesty International India has been booked for sedition for organising a seminar on J&K in which pro-azaadi slogans were raised.
