Niketa's ordeal ends in a tragedy

Should a couple who knew their unborn child suffered from a life-threatening disease be allowed to abort the child - even if its at the late stage of 24 weeks? Niketa and her stock broker husband Haresh Mehta sought permission from the court to abort their child. But their request was turned down. The judgment left them bitter and disappointed.
