Nilekani suggests using UID to plug leakages in PDS

Now the unique identity number is set to revolutionise the way the public distribution system has been working. Nandan Nilekani, the man behind the Aadhar project, has suggested ways of using the unique ID number to plug leakages in the PDS that has been a huge drag on the government coffers.
