Nirav Gate: The Bankers' Defence
On Reality Check, speaking up for the first time since Nirav Gate, SBI Chairman Rajnish Kumar says it is true that people are having doubts in the banking system after the PNB fraud. But he clarifies that there were no lapses by the SBI, even though investigations are still going on. He also says it's not just PSU banks where governance needs to improve, there is room for improvement even in private banks.
