NITI Aayog's Rajiv Kumar Talks About 4 Main Takeaways From Nirmala Sitharaman's Briefing
NITI Aayog Vice Chairman, Rajiv Kumar talks about the four big takeaways from Nirmala Sitharaman's press conference today. "We will not let our MSME's go under. They are the backbone of our industrial capacity in our employment generation efforts. We do whatever it takes to weather the storm and to revive them," Mr Kumar says. "We know there are problems with current definition of MSME's so we changed the definition," he added. The third takeaway is that the government will solve the Discomm problem and put extra money in the pockets of tax payers. "We have to use this opportunity to convert this crisis into an opportunity," he said.
