No Alliance With JD(S) In Karnataka: Congress's DK Shivakumar
The Congress has ruled out any alliance with the Janata Dal (Secular) for the upcoming Karnataka assembly elections. "We are not in a position to have any alliance. I am sure the people of Karnataka will give us a mandate with a thumping majority. We will reach 140 seats," state Congress chief DK Shivakumar told NDTV.
