No Change In Dawoodi Bohra Community Leadership, High Court Rejects Petition | Read
The Bombay High Court today upheld the appointment of Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin as the leader of the Dawoodi Bohra community, dismissing his nephew Syedna Taher Fakhruddin's petition. In the petition, Syedna Taher Fakhruddin had said that his uncle should not be allowed to contiue as the community leader as he took over the position in a "fraudulent manner."
