"No Citizen Illegal If He Can Vote": Congress's Priya Dutt On Slums, Rehousing In Mumbai
Speaking to NDTV about the poll issues in Mumbai, including illegal slums, Congress leader Priya Dutt today said that "no citizen in this country is illegal if he can vote". "But as far as the rehabilitation of slum dwellers is concerned... yes that's yet to be taken care of," she said. "There is no development for slum dwellers," Ms Dutt further said and added that "economic situation in the country is not good". Voting is being held across 288 constituencies in Maharashtra today.
