"Whatever the Supreme Court will decide, we are not going to put any objections or obstacles in saying that A should monitor or B should monitor," Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi said as Supreme Court transferred the Vyapam scam probe to the CBI. Speaking to NDTV, Mr Rohatgi refused to take a position on the Governor case saying he would have to examine the facts and alleged complicity in the case. On the Supreme Court proceedings, he said, "the court recorded that the stand of the state was fair and in fact, the court observed that the width of the CBI investigation as volunteered by the state was far wider than was sought by Mr Digvijaya Singh."
