No compromise on core concerns in talks with Pak: Nirupama Rao
"There is a need to restart dialogue with Pakistan without compromising on the core concerns such as terror," says Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao, speaking exclusively to NDTV's Barkha Dutt. Rao also added that Pakistan realizes that terrorism affects both countries equally and that it's a sensible option to renew peace talks.
