No FIR For Sushant Rajput in Maharashtra, Ours Valid: Bihar To Top Court | Read
The questions of jurisdiction, federalism and politicization of the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput were raised in the Supreme Court today as Bihar and Maharashtra hotly debated the way forward in the matter. The court was hearing the appeal of Sushant Rajput's friend Rhea Chakraborty, who wanted the case against her filed in Patna transferred to Mumbai. The case was filed on the complaint of Sushant Rajput's family, who accused her of financial fraud and driving the actor to death. The Central Bureau of Investigation is also probing the case on the request of the Bihar government.
