Earlier this month the death of a baby in Delhi made national headlines because its parents who couldn't afford private medical care were turned away by two government hospitals. The child died while waiting for treatment at a third. The parents were helpless and trapped in a system that doesn't seem to care for the poor at all. So we decided to investigate and to see for ourselves the pathetic state of public healthcare in the national capital.
