The opposition coalition in Bihar has finally come out with its seat deal and candidates for next month's national election, and firebrand student leader Kanhaiya Kumar is not on it. Kanhaiya Kumar, the former president of the JNU student's union, was widely expected to be the opposition's candidate from Begusarai. But it so happens that in the coalition discussions that seat, initially meant to be given to Kanhaiya Kumar's CPI, will fall in the RJD's share.
