No loo, no loans diktat in Pune
A scheme to enforce sanitation has been taken to a shocking extreme by the Pune district administration. In a bizarre new diktat, the collector there says that anyone who does not have a toilet in their home will have to pay the price. They won't get government loans or even crucial land ownership documents.
