Haryana Congress chief Vivek Bansal has called the high-voltage political rumblings within the Congress speculation and whatever happens next will depend on the party high command's decision. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today apologised to Sonia Gandhi and told her he won't run for Congress President; he took "moral responsibility" for the Rajasthan revolt. The Congress said Sonia Gandhi will decide "in a day or two" whether Mr Gehlot would remain Chief Minister.
