No Non-Hindus On Tirumala Board
The BJP has welcomed the decision of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) board to remove non-Hindus from its staff. The new TTD Board has taken a decision to send non-Hindus to the state government cadre or offer them VRS. This comes after the recent controversy over alleged animal fat in laddoos given by Tirumala. In an exclusive interview, newly appointed TTD Board chairperson told NDTV that the decision is fully justified: why should non-Hindus work in Tirumala?
