G V Sanjay Reddy, Vice Chairman of GVK said that given the problems that private sector is facing in the infrastructure sector, it was critical for the government to kick start public spending in this sector. According to Reddy the budget has addressed a lot of the issues that investors in the infrastructure sector have been facing.
