No plans to hike tariff: MTNL

In an interview with NDTV, Kuldip Singh, CMD of MTNL, says the company has no plans to hike tariff at the moment. He says the company is targeting 7 lakh additional subscribers this year and for broadband wireless spectrum it is looking at a franchisee.
