Delhiites woke up to yet another cold morning today with dense fog enveloping the capital and general visibility falling to less than 50 metres. Temperature recorded at 5:30 am was 5.6 degrees Celsius. Poor visibility has thrown air, rail and road traffic completely out of gear. So far, at least 20 flights have been affected. While five international flights have been delayed, three have been diverted and one cancelled, seven domestic flights have been delayed, one has been diverted and three cancelled.
