No sealing in Delhi till Oct 31: SC

A Diwali bonus from the Supreme Court for traders in Delhi, there will be no sealing of shops or commercial establishments till October 31. Exemptions have been granted to shops on 2183 roads in the city but the two Delhi Government notifications will stay till a final Supreme Court order.
