No security for saviours of lives
Many more people could have lost their lives in the Ahmedabad blasts had it not been for a few brave men. They were the intrepid policemen of the state bomb disposal squad. The men risk their lives to keep us secure but they have no financial security, not even simple insurance. The worst part is that they don't get any special allowance for the kind of risk their job entails.
