No two or three countries can take a decision on Libya: Pranab
Responding to the Opposition's concerns over Libya, Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee reiterated the government's unhappiness over the intervention of allied forces in the trouble-torn nation. "Nobody, no two or three countries can take a decision to change a particular regime in a third country", Mukherjee stated categorically.
