"No Violations": Mauritius Minister Trashes US Short-Seller's Charges Against Adani Group

Mauritius' Minister of Financial Services and Good Governance Mahen Kumar Seeruttun has said that allegations made against the Adani Group in the Hindenburg report regarding the alleged shell companies are false and baseless. In an exclusive interview with NDTV, the minister said that Mauritius' Financial Commission, which is equivalent to India's SEBI, has conducted comprehensive probe and has not found any wrongdoing on part of the Adani Group. He very categorically said that Mauritius has a robust regulatory framework and it's unfair to call the country a tax haven.
