The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday said that the murders of teenaged Aarushi Talwar and her family's domestic help Hemraj in a Noida flat last month were a "pre-meditated conspiracy" and not committed on the "spur of the moment" as earlier believed. The CBI conducted the lie-detector test for the second day on Krishna, the compounder of dentist Rajesh Talwar, the father of the slain girl. Talwar has been arrested for alleged involvement in the murders.
