Noida Housing Society Lift Malfunction Alarms Residents
Noida Lift Malfunction: 3 men in a lift at Greater Noida West's Panchsheel Greens 2 housing society were in for a scare as the lift abruptly malfunctioned on Wednesday afternoon. CCTV footage of the incident shows the men shocked by the jolt, phones flying out of their hands as the lift abruptly stops midway. Local residents claim there have been several such instances in the past, and expressed concern about their safety, accusing the builder of not acting promptly to resolve their concerns.
After complaints from the residents, a representative of the builder Panchseel Greens 2 has set up a meeting between residents and the lift manufacturer. The purpose of the meeting and whether any immediate steps are being taken is still unclear.
