Nokia, Tata emerge as most trusted brands; TRPs drop as India fails in Australia
The Brand Trust Report 2012 names Nokia and Tata as India's most trusted brands followed by LG, Samsung and Sony in the same order. Also, India's poor cricket performance in Australia causes a drop in TRPs causing worry among the advertising industry. Meanwhile, filmmaker Imtiaz Ali spoke on film advertising, saying that it is a more marketing function than creative.
