North India reels under dense fog
Many parts of northern India have been reeling under biting cold conditions and dense fog. Punjab, Haryana and Delhi have been the worst hit. On Monday, there was heavy fog in and around Delhi and general visibility dropped to less than 50 metres. This led to a delay in many flights.
