The Congress has fielded royal scion and former chief minister Virbhadra Singh's son Vikramaditya Singh against BJP candidate, actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut from Mandi. Vikramaditya Singh spoke exclusively to NDTV where he said that he does not view the contest as a personality clash.
