Former Director General of Police, Vikram Singh, tells NDTV that this is "not done in the interest of police or the law enforcement agencies to use UAPA or any laws. There is a matter of law and procedure we need to wait and see. Siddique Kappan has not been acquitted, he's just out on bail."
