"Not Poll Speech, Stating Differences Between Congress And BJP": BJP Leader On PM
When asked if the primetime speech by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the BJP headquarters was essentially an election speech ahead of the Karnataka polls and the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, BJP spokesperson Jaiveer Shergill said it was not an election speech, but was trying to show the bare realities within the country today. He said PM Modi was mere stating the difference between the Congress and the BJP, where according to him the Congress believes in the politics of "muck-throwing" while the BJP believes in the politics of development.
