Serum Institute of India CEO Adar Poonawalla said that none of the employees at his organisation work more than eight hours, adding that it is not possible to work beyond a limit. Speaking to NDTV on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum summit in Davos, he said there is no substitute for hard work.
