November Rain in Bengaluru Breaks 99 Year old Record | Read
It has certainly been a wet November for the city of Bengaluru. The wettest in 99 years, in fact. The northeast monsoon hits the city at this time every year but rainfall has been unusually high this month, the Met Department says. It has already crossed the highest recorded rainfall for November -- 252 mm -- a measurement recorded way back in 1916, officials say. The rainfall recorded this November is 277.5 mm.
