Now, Arjun Singh turns writer
After creating a row by putting forward Rahul Gandhi's name as a prime ministerial candidate, Arjun Singh, Human Resource and Development minister, is now out with his book in which he says he had opposed the emergency in 1975 and this was the reason he was denied a cabinet berth.
