Another day, another bombshell from the Army Chief. In his war with the government, General VK Singh has now brought out a May 2011 letter he received from Trinamool MP Ambika Banerjee, complaining against Lieutenant General Dalbir Singh Suhag who is second in line after Lieutenant General Bikram Singh to become the Army Chief.
