National Register of Citizens or NRC and Citizenship Amendment Act or CAA are not the election issues in Jharkhand, said BJP national spokesperson Gopal Krishna Aggarwal. "On NRC, facts are not being kept straight in front of the people. Clubbing NRC with CAA is Opposition's ploy to mislead people," he said.
