NTPC's projects hampered by lack of equipment
It is a case of stemmed ambitions and R S Sharma, Chairman & Managing Director of India's largest power producer NTPC, has a tough battle to fight. NTPC wants to contribute 30 per cent of the mega 80,000 MW power planned in the 11th five year plan, but the new chairman is now facing an equipment crunch and no it is not the usual suspect BHEL to be blamed.
