Nuke deal: Saran speaks tough in Washington
Indian Foreign Secretary Shyam Saran has said the Indo-US relations would suffer if the nuclear deal did not go through. Saran was addressing American lawmakers and conservative think tanks in Washington on Thursday. His remarks came just a day after Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said it was for the United States to take the nuclear deal forward.
