Nuke deal to be brought to the US Congress today

It's now almost certain that the Indo-US nuclear deal will be brought to the US Congress on Thursday. A State Department spokesman has said that Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is pushing to get the 123 agreement to the Congress by Thursday.
