"Numbers Show Haryana Will Have Non-BJP Government": Congress' Ashwani Kumar
As leads indicate shortfall in BJP's full majority in Haryana, Congress' Ashwani Kumar said he is confident that Congress and Dushyant Chautala's Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) will together form a non-BJP government. He also added that elections in Haryana were fought on local issues and the credit for this must go to the local leadership.
