Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang announced the company's first desktop computer. It is called Project DIGITS. However, it is designed for computer programmers, not regular consumers. The computer costs $3,000. It runs an Nvidia operating system based on Linux. The computer will feature the same chip used in the company's data center offerings. This chip will be paired with a central processor, developed with help from Taiwan's MediaTek.
