Congress leader Sonia Gandhi today said that the Women's Reservation Bill must make provisions for reservation for Other Backward Classes (OBC). Mrs Gandhi added that the immediate implementation of the Bill by removing all obstacles is not only necessary but also possible, adding that any delay in implementing the Bill will be a gross injustice to Indian women.
