Oberoi Realty has strong cash flows: Kotak Securities
Shashank Khade, VP PMS at Kotak Securities, says the Oberoi Realty seems to be well positioned given the fact that they have some very good pockets of land which if further developed will give them cash flows. He adds the issue has certain premium attached to it since it is a Mumbai-based developer.
